Ideally located near the Lacs de la Forêt d’Orient and at the gates of Troyes, this cottage is the perfect starting point to discover the region while enjoying a relaxing and exclusive setting allowing you to savor every moment.

On one level and accessible to people with reduced mobility, you will have a spacious living room opening onto the swimming pool for refreshing moments in the heart of nature, an equipped kitchen, a separate toilet and 3 bedrooms with private bathrooms, teleworking space, television and offering a breathtaking view. The beds can be separated to offer separate beds. Outside (currently being landscaped), parking, carport, bicycle storage, terraces, garden, barbecue, deckchairs, relaxation lounge, private swimming pool accessible from May to September (depending on the weather), heated to 26 degrees with safety shutter. Wellness area consisting of a spa, sauna and herbal tea area (38€/hour/2 people). For your comfort, everything will be included: beds made, towels and pool linen, bathrobes, heating, electricity, end-of-stay cleaning, cosmetic products. Charging point for electric vehicles (extra charge). “Breakfast” baskets on reservation.
